Change tracking was not implemented intially, so some early change records do not have details outside of the date of change.

history:
-
- Yellow neckerchief was printed by members of Munsi 444 at the conclave, as sort
of an interactive thing. The cotton neckerchiefs were cut from muslin? and dyed
yellow before the event, but there was no trim on them or sewn edges. After the
event, some folks sewed red edging on them.
