Woven JSP issued by a "Norwegian-American Scout Troop" — a special composite unit that participated in a "Double-Jamboree Adventure" in 2017, attending both the NORD 2017 Norwegian National Scout Jamboree in Bodø, Norway (July 1–8) and then the 2017 BSA National Scout Jamboree at the Summit in West Virginia (July 19–28). Not an official issue of Colonial Virginia Council.
Since the troop's members came from 9 different BSA councils, the same NORD design was produced with 9 different council names. The other council name variants were: Blue Ridge Mountains Council, Middle Tennessee Council, Occoneechee Council, Chester County Council, East Carolina Council, South Jersey Area Council, Transatlantic Council, and Old North State Council.
The design is derived from the logo of 1. Bodø speidergruppe (the 1st Bodø Scout Group, founded March 19, 1912), featuring their diving osprey, the silhouette of Landegode mountain, and the midnight sun.
The patches came in two border variants: a gold metallic border (for the participant's own uniform) and a red border (for trading). The Colonial Virginia Council variant had 34 gold-border and 67 red-border patches produced.
