Description

2011 Friends of Scouting, "Cheerful" issue features an illustration of the pier at the Council's now defunct Bayport Scout Reservation where a sailing program called CHASE was operated. Eighth of series to be issued one per year for twelve years. Requires minimum donation to Council. Reissue of 50 in 01/15.
