History (none) The LBL armband was issued in 1964 and was worn by the Ordeal Master while at Scouthaven. There is a RED Arrow with a RED OA over it. WHT Ordeal Master is arched over the arrow. No lodge or chapter designation. Armband was lined with a WHT cloth similar to a handkerchief.
