This is the ghost death flap patch issued by Tonkawampus Lodge. 1,000 pieces were ordered from G & J Patch and Pin. This pocket flap was supposed to be released at the Fall Fellowship in November 2005, along with the ghost death flap from Agaming and a ghost pre-merger pocket flap. When the box was opened for the first time at the Fall Fellowship it was discovered that the patch manufacturer had used red glow-in-the-dark thread instead of white glow-in-the-dark thread as designed. The red glow-in-the-dark thread looks pink. This patch was not released until the Winter
Banquet on March 11, 2006. Each error patch was stamped on the back with a custom designed error stamp.
