Semi-embroidered, cut edge, dark blue border with a light blue twill background. The arrow across the tope of the flap is red. Chatoka Lodge 183 and the WWW's are also in red. The central design is a white buffalo skull with dark blue detailing. The flap was first issued in 1957. It's listed as a FF.
