History (none) The central design remained the white buffalo skull with black detailing. The background has a blue sky with white clouds. To the right of the central design is a stand of green trees with brown trunks and green bushes around a two-toned blue lake with a brown shore line. To the left are bluffs in light brown, dark brown and yellow with detailing in black. A blue and white stream is flowing out of the bluffs. The flap was issued in 1965.
