History

Issued around 1977, this flap was the same design as the S4, however the FDL was added. This, too, was a “One per Honor” flap. A single run of either 110 or 220 was made. Members were able to buy one per honor achieved in the OA by the fall induction weekend. For this reason, this patch had a relatively short issuing period. The patch was made by Geer Patch Company.
