History (none) Issued in 1975, this flap was the same design as the S4, however the FDL was added. This, too, was a “One per Honor” flap. A single run of either 220 was made. Members were able to buy one per honor achieved in the OA by the fall induction weekend. For this reason, this patch had a relatively short issuing period. The patch was made by Geer Patch Company.
