First lodge flap with BSA; two per member.
Wearable (trading flaps were not to be worn.)
For lodge's 25th anniversary in 1982. Limit of two (2) per member.
Wearable (traders were NOT to be worn on uniform); extras not issued were destroyed except for 20 which were auctioned off for next ten years (2 per year.) First lodge flap with BSA and the word council was abbreviated "CNCL."
