216 patches were ordered on 7/19/90 from ITL Patch Company. They were sold almost exclusively by pre-order.
Specific Information: Fashioned to be a larger version of the R1 – R3 patches. It has all the R1 – R3 features except the Vigil center circle is replaced by the 75th anniversary symbol which contains a turtle (which is the totem of Unami Lodge #1 that represents leadership), and a stylized 75 with the “MGM” OA Indian as the lower part of the “5”. The eye of the bear is gold metallic thread. The circles on the patch and the border are also of gold metallic thread.
