The only order for S11’s was for 400 pieces on 11/16/90 from ITL Patch Co. A re-order of the S9 design was placed, but this patch arrived instead. The sun has 14 rays instead of the 12 rays, which represent the 12 points of the Scout Law. This mistake was not discovered until most of the 400 were sold. Calumet and quiver appear to be one unit, as on the S9. Three legged bear. NO plastic back.
