History (none) The only change made to the trader set compared to the fundraiser set was the addition of the NOAC 2004 theme ghosted onto the bear. The NOAC 2004 theme was “Chosen to Serve, Inspired to Lead”. 450 trader sets were ordered from G & J Patch and Pin and were received in mid-July 2004.
