2002 NOAC Contingent chevron (two-piece set); goes with S27
The NOAC 2002 theme is ghosted onto the bear for the delegate set. The only change made to the delegate sets was the addition of the word “DELEGATE” which is ghosted in light green thread below the bear on the pocket flap and ghosted in medium green in mirror image above the bear on the pocket patch. 100 delegate sets were ordered from G & J Patch and Pin and were received in mid-July 2002. Each contingent member and those lodge members who were on staff were allowed to purchase up to six (6) of these sets.
