History: Issued in Rememberance of Associate Lodge Adviser Joe Bellanger. Joe was very involved in the Chilantakoba Lodge ceremonies teams and American Indian Activities. He was a singer on the Yellow Moon Native American Drum and their symbol is represented on the flap. Other symbolism includes a fireman's axe as Mr. Joe was a Fireman, and a small leaping fox representing his Wood Badge critter.
