Raymond Scarazzo Packanke hosted the Area 3B conference in 1956 and 1965. The 1956 patch round, cut edge in red and white colors. The 1965 patch was in the shape of an indian head, cut edge, multicolors. 1965 also issued a neckerchief, a yellow/gold colored cloth with the patch image silk screened on to the neckerchief. I have two n/c and the yellow cloth is different. In 1969 the S-1 flap and the crimson colored n/c were issued together. The n/c had a fully embroidered arrowhead shaped patch sewn on it. Some people consider this patch was an arrowhead issue. To my knowledge the patch was not issued separately. The patch and n/c together cost $5.00 at that time. I am looking for the 1957 arrowhead and the chenille. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. over 4 years ago
