Production error of S28 with incorrect lodge number "46" which were mixed in with the correct lot. Distribution of the flaps started before the error version was identified. Undistributed error flaps were to be shipped back to Eastman or destroyed. Unfortunately the exact quantity that were produced and distributed can not be verified.
