In May 1982, the councils and lodges of Section SE-9 were moved to the Northeast Region and became Section NE-6. This Indian Seminar, a continuation of the SE-1 Indian Seminars, was planned as a joint SE-8/SE-9 event and that designation is on the patch, but by the time it occurred it was technically a joint SE-8/NE-6 event. |
